Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use walteraesth.com and the Client Area, how it is used, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is WalterAesth, a brand of Walter Filho de Oliveira Nascimento. For any privacy-related matter, contact hello@walteraesth.com.
2. What data we collect
- Browsing data: when you visit the site, we automatically collect information such as pages viewed, time on site, device type, browser and approximate location, through analytics tools (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager) and cookies.
- Contact data: if you send us a message (by email or social media), we process the data you provide, such as name, email and the content of your message.
- Client Area data: for clients with portal access, we process data needed to provide the service — such as name, email, company, project information, invoices, files and support tickets. This data is stored on the Supabase platform, with restricted access.
3. How we use the data
- Provide and manage the contracted services and the Client Area;
- Respond to messages and requests;
- Understand and improve site performance (usage statistics);
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal bases
Data processing relies, depending on the case, on performance of a contract (for clients), consent (for example, analytics cookies), legitimate interest (improving the site and communicating) and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for the site to work and for usage statistics (Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, some features may not work as expected.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We do not sell your data. We use providers that process data on our behalf, solely to make the service possible:
- Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — site usage statistics;
- Supabase — database and authentication for the Client Area;
- Netlify — site hosting.
These providers may process data on servers located outside Brazil; in such cases, transfers occur under appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect the data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access control on the Client Area, so that each client only accesses their own data. No system is 100% immune, but we work to reduce risks.
8. Retention
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Once the relationship ends, data may be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is mandatory.
9. Your rights
You may request at any time: confirmation that processing exists; access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to hello@walteraesth.com.
10. Children
The site is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Relevant changes may be communicated through available channels.
